Education has been transformed with the use of technology.
As educational leaders we must understand and help our students to have
meaningful learning experiences that allow them to succeed into today’s
society. Technology in the classroom can be used to improve academics,
students’ performances, and increase student’s communication level. As
educators it is important that we understand that in addition to other
curriculum's that foster independent thinking, the use of technology within the
classroom will help students to join the work industries with greater abilities
for the demand that they will have. Together we can use technology to motivate
academic performances, increase critical thinking, increase literacy and help
change attitudes and the focus of our students.
